What is the classification of your flavors?
We supply concentrated food-grade liquid flavors.
How should your concentrated flavors be administered?
Our concentrated flavors are not for direct consumption.
Where are your flavors manufactured?
All our flavors are manufactured at an ISO 22000 certified facility in Amman, Jordan. All batches are rigorously tested and verified to be fit for human consumption under strict quality control procedures. All ingredients are approved according to Codex Alimentarius for use in the manufacture of food products that are fit for human consumption.
Are your flavors free from Diketones?
Yes. All our flavors are free from Diacetyl, Acetoin, Acetyl Propionyl.
Are your flavors TPD compliant?
Yes. Please refer to our Statement of Compliance.
Are your flavors free from any water or alcohol content?
Yes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via DHL Express.
Do you sell wholesalers and manufacturers?
Yes. We have great offers and packaging and shipping arrangements for wholesalers and bulk purchases.
What are the available bottle sizes?
We offer our flavors in two sizes: 30ml glass bottle and 120ml PET bottle.
Dilutors are only offered in 120ml PET bottles.
For wholesale and bulk purchases, we can also offer flavors and diluters in 1 litre and 5 litre bottles and in 1 gallon (20 litres), in addition to our standard sizes.
What is the shelf life of your flavors?
Our flavors have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of production
How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept online payments via PayPal, as well as offline via Western Union and bank transfers. For certain countries, we also accept payment through qualified money exchangers. Please contact us for more information.
Do you suggest a particular steeping time?
Steeping time can vary from immediate to 4 weeks, depending on flavors used , composition of the mix and mixing method. Ultimately, it depends on the customer, as some may prefer longer or shorter periods. We would suggest trying your mixture over time and determining your own preference.
Why do some flavors give a hazy mixture when added to dilutors?
When certain flavors are mixed with dilutors, and depending on the mixture’s composition and mixing method, some cloudiness may appear as a natural reaction. This does not impact the taste, applicability or homogeneity of the mixture, and can be used the same way whether this haziness is present or not.
